Over more than two decades he has advanced from Account Executive to senior managerial roles at firms including eTrading Securities (now Mirae Asset Sekuritas), PT Mega Capital Indonesia, PT Trust Securities, Danareksa, BCA Sekuritas, and Korea Investment and Sekuritas Indonesia, where he developed retail online trading department, improving online trading systems, built sales teams, launched branches, and managed high-value client relationships. He co-founded and served as Operation Director of Reta Food Nusantara (2021–2023) and last position as Business Development Manager at ShareInvestor Technologies Indonesia (an AlphaInvest Group Singapore), focusing on partnerships with listed companies (Head of Corporate Secretary and Head Investor Relations), the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the Asosiasi Emiten Indonesia (AEI). He holds certifications including WPPEP (TICMI), Corporate Secretary, Financial Planner Beginner (OJK), Basic ESG (Sigma Earth) and Digital Marketing, with expertise in marketing strategy, product innovation, and investor relations.

Novian Fitriawan is a transformational finance leader based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with extensive expertise in investor relations, capital markets, ESG, risk management, finance, and accounting. He has held senior roles including Head of Corporate Strategy at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (2024–2025), Finance and Administration Director at PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk (2021–2023), and multiple positions at PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (2011–2021) such as Head of Treasury and Investor Relations, Divestment Process Specialist, Head of Risk Management, and Head of Investor Relations. Earlier in his career he served as Head of Investor Relations at PT Astra International Tbk and in investor relations at PT Bank Mandiri, after starting as Finance and Accounting Manager at Dwipa Kharisma Mitra. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia.
